Today is National Stress Awareness Day so we invited staff to come to Serenitea Café for a free coffee or tea and invited them to sit in the Stress Awareness Space and think about how they managed their stress and asked them to fill out the “When I’m stressed card….”
The first Wednesday in November each year is National Stress Awareness Day.
Becoming overwhelmed by stress can lead to mental health problems or make existing problems worse.
National Stress Awareness Day is a great opportunity to take a moment to think about our wellbeing and find advice or support on managing stress. We’ve got some suggestions for how you can join the conversation about stress.
