Today is Stress Awareness Day, an opportunity to create awareness about the impact of stress in our lives and how we can deal with it in better ways.

Make sure to make space for your wellbeing on a daily basis. Take a few moments to breathe and relax.

Some helpful steps to deal with stress are:

  • Practise mindfulness
  • Get enough sleep every night
  • Meditation and breathing exercises
  • Journalling to release thoughts
  • Do something nice for yourself every day
  • Speak to someone
