14-20 November is Self-Care Week

Choose one of these self-care ideas, or as many as you like, and keep self-care in mind this week.

It can be easy to forget to make time for wellbeing, so keeping self-care tips in mind is always helpful. Regular self-care can help us prevent reaching our limits both mentally and physically.

Keeping up with self-care doesn't necessarily have to be extravagant, but rather simple activities that we can implement into our everyday lives, for instance moving the body, eating well, and getting involved in enjoyable hobbies.

Making sure that we add these activities and habits into our daily and weekly routines can help us positively keep up with our wellbeing.
