A Survival Guide for Parents

Stand Alone Sessions (mostly)

Our Survival Guide for Parents seeks to support parents and carers with common family issues including communication skills, supporting self-esteem, increasing motivation, understanding the basis of anger, anxiety and depression. 

Classes take place in at the EDAS training room, 54a Ashley Road, Poole, Dorset BH14 9BN 

All sessions run from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm on Wednesday evenings

Open to anyone 18 or over who lives in Dorset, (including 16-18 year old parents).

£10 per person per session
