  • Pension Scheme - EDAS pays 3% of your salary into a Stakeholder pension scheme.  Employees may contribute to the scheme with whatever sum they feel they are able to afford.
  • Travel Expenses - EDAS pay 45 pence per mile for cars and 24 pence per mile for motorcycles used for travel to appointments within work time.
  • Continued Professional Development Opportunities - Our NOCN/ Ascentis/ RSPH and ILM centre recognition Training Department offers employees the opportunity to engage in a number of accredited training courses running throughout the year.  All training is matched to DANOS core competencies and Skills for Health guidelines.  Individual learning plans are in place for each employee and reviewed at regular supervision meetings.
  • Regular Supervision - Our team of qualified clinical supervisors ensure that you receive clinical supervision every 4-6 weeks.
  • Excellent pastoral support - As a Mindful employer, EDAS provides the opportunity for employees to access free counselling from an external source to discuss personal issues that may be having an impact on their work performance.
  •  Generous Annual Leave - 20 days per annum pro rata for the first part of year up to the end of March  and first full year April – March, plus the usual public holidays.  Thereafter 1 extra day holiday pro rata for each year will be awarded up to a maximum of 25 days.
  • Employee Assist Health Benefits - monthly subscription to BravoBenefits Employee Assist package for discounted retail offers and rebates on a number of health and well-being treatments.
